Complaints
Report an Integrity Concern or Incident
What happens after you submit a report?
All reports are taken seriously and handled with care, confidentiality and fairness.
Once your report is submitted, our Member Protection Information Officer (MPIO) will review the information and determine the appropriate next steps in accordance with our complaints handling procedure and governing policies.
Depending on the nature and severity of the concern, this may involve providing information and support or referring the matter to the Disciplinary Committee for further assessment. Where necessary, the matter may be investigated or referred to the relevant external authority.
If your concern involves a child or young person, or you believe someone may be at risk of harm, please report it as soon as possible so appropriate action can be taken.
